But being held indefinitely without the necessity of proof and without being charged with anything(and not even knowing what to charge them with) is NOT stupid?and they are not members. they are suspected members. there is a huge difference. they are not tried and as such are not guilty. they are not treated within international law. to wrap them up as all guilty before they have even been charged with any crime is stupid.
