and do you have to prove mental stability when you purchase a gun? you got a crazy test? same thing with "known felons" what about those that haven't been caught, those that have not yet committed a crime but will.

also should incapicitated people be shot? whether defending your life or not. once you have once and incapacitated someone is it correct to shoot again? is it right to shoot in pursuit when chasing someone (shooting in the back)?
