Ultimate character?
What´s your definition of "Ultimate Character" in this game?
What do you consider the strongest?
Here´s my definition:

Master Magic=Enemy Skill, Master Command=Master Summon, Double Cut=W-Summon, HP Plus=MP Plus
You could also change the Ziedrich into something that actually can
hold Materia, but personally I love that armor too much.
Master Magic-MP absorb Enemy skill-Hp Plus Final Attack-Master summon
W summon-HP absorb MP Plus-Mega all W Magic-W item 2x cut-lucky plus
thats a fairly decent Materia combo

Have you seen the video where a crazy japanese guy beats emerald in 1minute 8 seconds? he uses barrets ungarmax and has 8 mime materias, 8 final attakcs and barriers up on barret. I dunno what happens but barret just deals 4000+ per one hit and he performs ungarmax 8 times in a row : /

That can also be done with Cloud's Omnislash, Cid's Highwind and Yuffie's Doom of the Living. I tried having eight Mimes linked with eight Final Attacks. It took a long time to get all the materia, but I bet Emerald had wished he'd killed someone else
I just wanna know how and/or where to get the Misteel and the Ziedrich armor!!??
you can steal the Ziedrich from Rude when you fight him, but i'm not too sure about the Misteel. The Ziedrich has no slots, but it increases stats pretty well.

Here's a nice little setup for Cloud that focuses on whooping ass with physical attacks, fast:
Apocalypse: 2xcut, speed plus, speed plus
Mystile: speed plus=speed plus, speed plus=speed plus, counter-attack=long range
Sprint shoes
Syncopationist
