Help me get tha chocobo lure

i didnt have enuf $ the first time i was at chocobo ranch right after Kalm....so i didnt get it until i got the highwind....after mideel is a lifestream pool..and now the little crap chocobo billy isnt offering to sell it to me..what do i do?...i need that materia to breed chocobos...HELP ME

I dunno, but I think you've missed it.. You wont need it anyway except for getting yourself a Golden Chocobo.. You can get a Golden Chocobo if you defeat Ruby Weapon, something I didn't accomplish yet..

You should of just battled to get more money when you were being offered the materia, maybe the chocobo sage sells it have you tried there?
