where can I find them? I want Save the Queen so I can see the rest of the theatre

The truth within other mostly lies within your own
truth wich only can be discovered by yourself wich
means you have to discover your own truth to get to
the truth within other that only the bearer himself can
discover to let other people know about his/her truth
wich means I'm not talking any sense now.

You can buy a Javelin from Lindblum or find one in Ispen's Castle. Freya comes equipped with one, so you should already have one. Silver Gloves can be found in the Lindblum Synthesis shop, stolen from Black Waltz 3, or bought from Lindblum or the weapon shop at the Summit Station.

Save the Queen has no effect on the ending. The Hammer does.

The hammer does not. I've had it for every go through that I've played it, and the only thing the hammer is good for is hades shop.

And I looked everywhere for a pair of silver gloves, and I don't think that it's possible to find them on the 4th disk.

The Hammer does, the Save the Queen doesn't.

...and the only place you can find Silver Gloves on Disk 4 are from the Lindblum synth shop. If you didn't find the on Disk 2/3 they'll still be there.

the hammer does at least work, cuz I saw a part of the theatre that I've never seen before without the hammer in my inventory.

And I think Save the Queen does have a mening. Cuz I didn't see the end of the theatre when I only had the hammer.

I read on another FF website about that.

What do you see with the hammer, then?

You don't see anything really, it isn't like you get an extra FMV or anything, there's just a few small changes in the play scene. You say you've had the Hammer in every playthrough? Beat the game WITHOUT the Hammer and then look for the differences.

(SPOILER)the hammer adds some extra minutes in the scene before Zidane shows himself to Garnet/Dagger
and I have my thoughts that Save the Queen does the same

Save the Queen is good for nothing other than throwing, really. I was rather hoping it would be a new sword for Steiner at the time, alas, no. Doesn't affect the ending, only the Hammer does, as has been said.
Not my words Carol, the words of Top Gear magazine.
