Well Hello Class today i will be asking u a question I was Playing through Final Fantasy 8 again and i noticed at FH (Fishermans Horizon) at the mayors house there is a guy that gives u some pretty rare cards such as Ultima Weapon, Jumbo Cactuar, Tonberry King has any one else found this i checked the guide book and it does not tell u that these cards can be found there?? hm......have i been cheated or am i just super cool what do u all think

The guide probably only tells you monsters that drop those cards.

Yep, I know of that. Often strategy guides miss stuff, i don't know why. They get paid to tell you everything there is to know.

Those are not rare cards. I consider rare cards, cards that there are only one of.

Regular cards are level 1 to level 7 cards.
Rare cards are level 8 to level 10 cards.

Ultima Weapon-lvl 7
Jumbo Cactual-lvl 7
Tonberry King-lvl 5

Those arent to rare, but cool.

Yes, I also consider rare cards to be level eight through ten with the exception of Pupu. As for the cards you got, they're pretty decent.
