I don't know about that, admittedly. Either way, it doesn't really matter to me. The man has to pay up for his crimes regardless of whatever involvement with whatever country. He was a dictator, and a ruthless, immoral one at that.
I fully support this, which is why I feel many of our politicians should be in prison right now.
