Agreed, except for that last sentence. I didn't really expect anything better from a tabloid like The Sun.Originally Posted by Cless

The moment someone violates a law, or commits a huge crime, he/she loses their rights as a citezin and even their rights as a legitimate human being... Human Rights do not extend to today's monsters.
yes they do. they are humkan beings and so are treated as such. and technically sadamme hussein is an innocent human being as he has not been ound guilty thus must be judged to beinnocent until someone decides to try him at last.
but yeah human rights apply to all humans no matter who they are. as soon as you start deprving someone of rights for what crime they are alleged of or even have been found guilty of is a step down a troubled path.
I can agree that until found guilty, they've got their rights, but if you seriously believe that rapists, murderers, child abusers, and so forth deserve any form of pity or compassion, well... I hope you never suffer anything which changes your mind.Originally Posted by Cloud No.9
i believe in humanity and justice and i believe that committing any crime should not take those things away from you.
To SquareSOFT and Marick:
That makes them less human how? You are no better off than them commiting the crime then. If you want your rights, they need to extend to every living thing out there and not make exceptions because otherwise dont expect those exceptions to except you even if you are falsely accused.
