Favorite Disk?

What is your favorite FFIX disk? I can't decide. I think that all four of them are equally balanced when it comes to fun.

1st Disk actually. Alexandria and Lindblum was 2 fun towns to be in. Also The Evil Forest was a nice place. Too bad it got petrified. :/

All of 'em... I can't really decide, unlike the predecessors, all of FFIX's discs are equalling thrilling.

very hard between 2 and 3 but 3 tops it because better storyline development and also it shows what zidane realy is and stuff it explains so much and seems a lot more important as well as fun.

2 or 3. the beginning was especially boring, and the plot only got good when disk 2 started. disc (disk?) 3 continued this.

disk 4 was good in memoria, when traveling thru ud learn about the "memories" of everone and the history of the planet. oh, and the ending

Probably the first disc. Maybe the second. In the first half the game's charm, charisma, excellent writing, etc. were shown off especially well.

Disk 1's probably my favorite. The early parts of the game where it's just Zidane, Garnet, Vivi, and Steiner are all nostalgic to me, and the disk's just really fun. I really love Disk 2, though. Actually, I like both of the first two disks because every character gets an adequate amount of development. I loved the "new beginning" thing going on at the beginning of Disk 3, but Disk 3 is also the one where it became more like the "Garnet and Zidane" story, and Zidane's head just went further and further up her ass. Honestly, these games get kind of annoying once the hero gets too stuck on the heroine. I used to really like the final disks of the PSX Final Fantasies when I was a kid, since I was like, "OMG, all these bosses are so kewl", but honestly, one disk dedicated to one dungeon, a lot of boss fights, and inadequate character development just doesn't appeal to me anymore (Although Final Fantasy 9 does fairly well, in any case).

disk one has to be the best, its where you get to know all the main characters, what their strengths and weaknesses are, and also the story line develops well in the 1st disk, its more based on the story of whats happening than just the battling and training of the characters.... but there all great discs!

Disc 3. The story is just gripping on the 3rd disc, the characters are shown an extra dimension, the boss fights are awesome (Ark <3) and you get to go to another planet. :P

ummmm id have to decide through 1 2 and 3 cuz 4 is boring there is only like 2 major things in that disc but i would probably have to say 3 it has more story rolled into it...

Disc 3, because you can access most sidequests and you have more capability of exploring than in Disc 4.
