I would do search for the usuer's last post but it's usually edited by mods so I can't tell.
I believe it's been mentioned, if not discussed, once. I forget the reason, but the answer was no.
The reason everyone is banned: they broke the rules.
We really don't want to give any more attention to banned users.

Totaly different.
I want explanations for bans in profiles. He wants a complete listing of the banned with explanations.
So your "changing thier profile to show why they were banned" was rejected, so Joel wants them to dedicate a whole page to it! Ingenious!
I imagine something along [these] lines.
I notice a conspicuous absence of Raistlin from that list. Other than that, it's quality.
