    Grin Tandoori Chick CAN!

What's your favourite dish that isn't even uncommon in your daily life, ie: it's so rare that you go 'yay!' every time you eat it?

Tandoori chicken used to be it, now I can have it every day ^_^

Wait, your question says one thing, yet your example says another.

    I approve of this thread.

My favorite Indian dish is bhindi masala, served dry and deep-fried. I used to not get it often, but now that I know how to cook it (and several other tasty Indian dishes), I guess it doesn't fit the topic. But since everyone is on about fantastic Indian food (<3 PG and Umi), I thought I'd keep it real.

I have to go out to get Indian food, and in Toronto it's just a burden when you can cook chinese or go to some 'Canadian' restaurant.

In HK there's Indian cuisine everywhere ^_____________^

edit: Umi, I should say I don't know exactly what Green Curry is, because I never learned the English translations of the spices my mom used while cooking certain dishes.

Thai Surprise Parcels. You never know what's inside the next juicy sack.

Unfortunately, I can only eat them at Thai restaurants.

Rack of Lamb. Too expensive and cute for me to eat often, in fact I've only had it once but it was extremely delicious and I'd love to have it again.

    Spaghetti bolognaise, fajitas and sushi
EDIT: And Quesadilla's, even though I've only had them twice, and basically any thai food, especially thai green curry
