Scroll down to the CzarDragon part.
The "rumors" on that site are so pathetic it's hilarious. I just can't believe that there are people who think that other people will believe that crap. (Hopefully, they're not serious.)

As for any super-hard bosses, I guess you could try killing the Magi-Master without using berserk or rasp/osmose.
Trust me, they're not serious about it, it was meant to be a joke. The first hint should be this warning that's right near the top:

The only exception is that Czar Dragon part, which has a special note talking about how Czar Dragon can be found in the game's rom, before the actual rumor. The sad thing is though, that I've actually seen a thread or two where people asked how to do that stuff. >_< Oh well, if ye thought they were hilarious they did their job. There are a few other things like that as well if you look around enough but typically, the community's very anti-rumor spreading.

Anyway, onto the topic. Doom Graze has the highest HP and MagiMaster has a ton of tricks up his sleeve. However once you learn how to beat them all, none of 'em are ever as hard ever again. Honestly though, I think that for the first time through MagiMaster is like a super boss. He has an incredible array of spells, is kinda difficult to get to and with Wall Change and the special rule of the tower, has a darned near impenetratable defense. It's only once you bringing in cheap tactics such as wall rings, beserk and osmose into the mix. I'm talking about normal game levels though of course. Once you're at 99, there's nothing left to do but kick the snot out of kefka to watch the ending sequence. Oh well, that's what self imposed challenges are for now aren't they? =)
