I actually enjoy the taste of diet soda/pops. In fact, I vastly prefer them over their calorie-laden counterparts.

You can't deny yourself those things when you change your eating habits but you just eat foods that better for oyu but never deny anything swet or greasy or op for example.Just keep to a minium when you consume it.

I think some of them have recently begun to use Splenda. They used to use Nutra Sweet but Splenda is the hip new zero calorie sweetener. "Tastes just like sugar" my spotted ass!

It depends what sort of diet soft drink it is. I hate most diet soft drinks - but I love diet coke with lime.
