Well, I'll assume you're talking about soda, like the thread title says, because I have no clue what pop is...

I like diet soda, and yeah, it taste way different. The only one I've heard claim to taste exactly the same was Diet Dr Pepper, and well...it doesn't. It taste like some sort of children's medicine.
