Not really its an act of getting out the easy way. You can be in shape if oyu drink a regular coke I mean you have to moderate your drinking habits into having like one thing of coke every 2 days or so.IT can work I don't drink much pop mostly water and juice.Originally Posted by Miriel
Tea and soda is a treat for me basicly.I jsut don't think you should sacrifice taste jsut so you can lose some weight.I mean you can still lose weight by changing oyur eating and drinking habits.Don't drink a regular soda everyday do it every two or 3 days heck even once a week is awesome.
