I don't see how you could make 15 million from just fishing and BCNM's. >.>; Expecially if you can't do BCNM60's. Even the ENM's I've seen require you to finish a fair few CoP missions to access the area, and they are level 40.

Hmm, and I don't think if you beg for gil in Jeuno, someone's going to hand over 15 million gil - I wouldn't even hand over 1000 gil.
