Suing him for the united states putting him into power? O-o I think thats the only part that bothers me..USA used him to unify Iraq and now that he is done he is useless...not that he is perfect i still think he needs to face something for what he did but he did unify Iraq more..and the US did put him into power for that..

I don't know about that, admittedly. Either way, it doesn't really matter to me. The man has to pay up for his crimes regardless of whatever involvement with whatever country. He was a dictator, and a ruthless, immoral one at that.
