quality because quantity makes our nations wasteful!i hate this throwaway culture where we buy cheap goods that don't last long and are thown away far more often. it royaly pisses me off especially since i work in a supermarket and the customers can be impatient tight fisted ... *ahem*

Quality it's like saying 5 computers with Windows 98 or 1 with Windows XP

Quality is definitly better than quantity
Quality, definitely.
Say for example I was a commander in the military.I'd rather have 5 well-trained soldiers under my command than a platoon of 25 poorly-trained,substandard soldiers.
How about quality AND quantity?
Well when it comes to money i would definitely go for quantity.
When it comes to my microprocessor chip quality holds true. (AMD baby!)
When it comes to my bowling score, i'd say quantity, but i'd need a quality bowling ball in order to achieve that high quantity score. None of those crappy house balls will suffice.

You can't have both quality and quantity.
However, let's see. In business terms, if you want to sell as many as possible, you'll sell more for a cheap price. If you want to sell a high quality item, your business will make several, and sell for a higher price, but the quality is good, so it's well worth the price.
So, higher quantity = lower price; higher quality = higher price
Of course, I'd go for quality most of the time, but as a consumer, I'll go for the cheaper because I'm a cheapskate, so quantity for me in that sense.
However, I prefer to have quality over quantity.
