I use Bink tools to se the FMV´s in the game.
In the Time Compression FMV we see bubbles.These bubbles refer only to the parade events.
Which means the parade was also in the range of TC.
So the range cannot be just [Ea Ex]

I don´t understand your last explanation.Please try to explain better.
