smoking ban

There should be no smoking ban anywhere, period. (With the obvios exception of places like hospitals, etc.) The smoker has the right to smoke where he pleases, and anyone who doesn't like it can either A) Deal with it or B) Go somewhere else. It's ridiculous to think that our country has become so oppresive that we think it is okay to prevent people from smoking in certain places.

True we have no right to tell someone not to smoke.I dont like smokers but i think they should smoke if they want too.

but if your a business owner pretty much you can tell the smokers to light up outside lol.
