2) Apples are full of symbolicy goodness

I don't like the taste of apples as much as other fruits. Pine trees smell good, but make ugly sap. I vote no.

I've got it! Plant them both in the same spot, and see which one grows! the other will kill it!
I have an apple tree and a pine tree in my yard. The apple tree is good because I can go pick apples any time I want. The pine tree is good because I can hide under it anytime I want.
