    its an optional boss that lingers near the very start of the stage.

    it can move.

    BUT!!! it has real good spell casting abilities of a necromancer.

    Update: the second room is now beggining... its called forested deepness.

    after that room is forested darkness, where sephiroth's character may come out of nowhere and slash you twice ... it dual weilds.

    I'd like to be a cynical Samurai/PLD NPC (for a pic to work with, go to http://www.ninjaweazel.com/rev/gallery.html ).

    All these RPG makers are piqing my interest. I might just have to see about getting my own copy of RPG Maker XP and starting one. Of course, that will have to wait until my current major project is done (the good thing is that I can just re-scale some of the models that I used for the Civ III units and re-render them without changing anything else).

    nearly done creating all your characters (sorry its taking awhile), i have bassically completed the hub for this neverwinter its pretty awesome, ive never made a 3d game before.


    heres my character causing some conflict among the merchants... she loses needless to say.



    ill rename the merchants in the end to all your names such and such.


    i am most definetly going to have more then 2 merchants.




    im trying to make this game as mmo as possible, its spinning my head... i love it.

    so far .... theres a lady armourer, male weapon smithy (weapon god) ... exotic weapon seller (earth elemental) and an archer god.

    its neverwinter nights by the way, not rpg maker xp.

    i have no problem making you into a samurai npc... you can be aPART OF THE MAIN QUEST.


    update: heres a screenie of the shrine smack bang in the middle of the city of voice, it plays a meaningfull part in the main quest.

    update: the first of the many training areas ivolve you and your mates fighting off falcos, folconesses, falcon clerics, falcon aid and falcon messenger.

    how am i gonna effectively do this... respawn gates and monster parties instead of placing monsters (so they come again after an alloted time of waiting after the party has been defeated).

    here is there timetable
    falco: 4 to 4 in a monster party, after defeated they must wait 10 seconds before re-spawning.
    falconess: 1 to 2 in a monster party, after defeated they must wait 10 minutes before re-spawning.
    falcon cleric: 1 to 1 in a monster party, after defeated it must wait 2 minutes before re-spawning.
    Falcon Aid: 1 to 1 in a monster party, after defeated it must wait 5 minutes before re-spawning.
    Falcon Messenger: 1 to 1 in a monster party, after defeated it must wait 5 minutes before re-spawning.
    Falcon King: 1 to 1 in a monster party, after defeated it must wait 10 minutes befire re-spawning.

    here is how the falcon types attack
    falco: slow moving, attacks in groups - very easy
    Falconess: Fast Moving, attacks quickly - medium
    Falcon Cleric: Very Slow moving, heals other falcons - Very Easy
    Falcon Aid: Normal Moving, Deals Strong Damage - Hard
    Falcon Messenger: Normal Moving, Deals Strong ranged damage - Hard
    Falcon King: Immoble, Deals IMMENSE damage - Avoid


    I reckon thats a fair set up, thats the beggining monsters.

    update: I wish someone would reply, anyway... i have the first in game combat pic.

    im adding guards at the gates so no monsters get out of where there meant to be.

    Request: Before I go to bed, I expect to see lots of requests to become characters. (MMO needs them)

    no more henchman for hire, i also want feedback on the screenies i have captured strait from the game.

    I would like to be a Boss if that's okay.

    If you are able to, please give me Blue Hair, Blue Eyes, and a Blue Suit. n_n And, if you are able to have me talk, let me say this:

    "...I could never kill a Rappy..."

    Some old friends of mine on a game called PSO would love that. n_n

    (If there are no more spaces for a Boss left, then I would like to just be some random guy in a town.)

    Yeah, you can be a main quest boss.



    update:
    here are a few screenies for you to look at.

    1. lure the enemies over to the gate guards and let them make you some cash.
    2. sure, look around the area all you want, dont blame anyone if you get PLAYER KILLED!!! by one of them.
    3. Rare spellcasters that appear every 10 minutes on this hill.

    Looking really good, man! BTW, can you import .3DS or .OBJ files for use in NWN? If so, I might be able to help out, since I have Poser 5 and Bryce 5, both of which are capable of exporting models in those formats....

    i dont know yet, im still new to this whole scripting and model creation system, im expecting that you probably can.

    speaking on the matter of advanced stuff.

    i managed to create a portal teleport instead of a door YAY!!!


    today im a newbie... who knows, a year later i could be re-scripting the battle system to a final fantasy type battle system.

    you can be a ULTRA rare spawn, you will be able to stealth and pickpocket.
