whats up with blitzball?

i loved the blitzball in FF10 but in FF X-2 they realy messed up.
1.you have no control of the characters and they do what they want.
2.its as if the computers controlling your team and making it lose.
3.its impossibble to win a match because all the team are better than you
4.its very confusing. .
does anyone here actually like it and has anyone noticed this?

yup! i could only beat the kilika beasts and every match someone got injured or in training they got injured by fatigue and it takes a decade for them to become fit again

I enjoyed it for a little while, it got tedius though. There's a great guide on gamefaqs about X-2 Blitzball you should read. You need to get good if for no other reason then to win the AP Eggs. I could win tournaments no problem but I had trouble with the league so I only played pickup games and tournaments. It is funny to watch Yuna swim up and smack a guy around or steal the ball and Paine's shooting is top notch when you level her up.

I actually found it one helluva lot better than the old blitzball, appart from the whole you can't control defence too well. But that was just like i wanted blitz to be: but maybe played again later in real time and with the graphics, i mean, that wouldn't have been too hard for them to do, right...?

i got 100% completion on my third playthrough on the first 2 i didn't play blitzball but on the third playthrough i did play a bit
and i found it totally confusing

I played overhead view and man was that crazy. LMAO little pink and red arrows swarming around in circles like little tiny Bee's. Then it flashes people's names at the bottom, and I got owned 7-0. I played the Luca Goers. I also don't get training, or anything. I played one game, people. 1 game. Broke the game, walked away. Broke the game. Walked away.

they ruined blitzeball in x-2. they shouldve either taken it out completly or left it alone. the one in X was AWSOME!
