So, what, you don't like him because he looks like a woman? Thats a pretty lame reason to hate a villian. Sure, Sephiroth and Kefka are pretty cool, but they just have the same sophistication that Kuja had. An Kuja actually had a plan. Sephiroth just killed people and summoned a meteor. Kefka sort of had a plan, mainly to use the Emporer, but he still pretty much killed anyone he felt like. Kuja didn't just go out and kill for no reason. He manipulated others and used them to do his dirty work. That is what I like in a villian.

sephiroth? -- good villion, but jenova was controling him the entire game

-- he wasnt being controled by anyone, he actually was evil by definition, he stayed 100% evil throughout the whole game, and he actually completed his plan of destroying the world and no other villion did that. plus, he was funny, hated absolutly everything, and had that timeless laugh.

But the fact this was placed origianlly in the FFIX forum led a lot of voters to kuja. Also you placed Seifer where Ultimecia shoulda been and you totally didn't include X-Death (V), St. Ajora (T), Golbez or Zeromus (IV) Evil Emperor (II) or Garland (I).

dont get me wrong about the other villions, they all had their high and low points, but kefka was on another level than the rest of them.

i voted other, the ultros - chupon duo was obviously the best villanous duo ever to grace the video game world. I mean, the helped run a collisseum to squander money and relics away from the common man! The had a plan, and they accomplished it!
But seriously, the emperor from FF2j whose name escapes me and i don't feel like looking up.
Sephiroth is the coolest, but Sin's got some badass story and Kuja was...well, Kuja. Kefka was cool too (I'm a happy clown!) but I'm gonna have to pick Sephy for this one...
