i'll use this time to say why. when people swear it all comes up into little skulls. and from what i've seen nothing is done about it because it comes up little skulls and noone is offended by that. so people swear and it is seen as no big deal. but if the swear filter was removed and the potty mouths seen then it will become a bigger thing. people could use the warn button more and adminc ould give lots of warnings about it and ban repeat offenders who break the rules.
I've always thought it should be this way but I think I am in the minority in this stance. I hope this turns into another swear filter topic because I love reading those.
