And also reminded me how angry I am that people forgot that you need BOMBS to do a 9% game, christ, how can you forget bombs? You need them to do ANYTHING, and the godly bomb jumps are necessary to get past places where you'd normally need the high jump.

I'm beat. I can think of times I had to use Annihilator Beam, Echo Visor, Screw Attack, Spider Ball, Power Bombs, Dark Visor, Scan Visor, Bombs, Dark Beam, Light Beam, Missles, Energy Tanks, Ammo Expansions, Boost Ball, Seeker Missles, Super Missles, Varia Suit, Dark Suit, Light Suit, and of course you said don't meantion the Beam Combos so I won't. What am I missing?
Err, actually damn, sorry, my first wording of it was better. An item has a special effect but the EFFECT is never put to use, which is that item? >_>

The Echo Visor sees the sound effects enemies give off but is never useful in killing them?

It has protection from heat, but there are no situations in Prime 2 that deal with heat.
Special effect, sees no use.

I beg to differ. The only reason it has protection from heat is because it is just better built armor. The gravity suit in super gives you protection to explore further in the Norfair with out damage from lava but that is just because it is better armor in general.
