For the record, GBC had a remake of Metroid 2 in colour, it was at the development stage and some cartridges were produced, but it was never finished.
And as shown earlier, she was also on the VB, in Galactic Pinball.
You also forgot the FDS, which on which Metroid was released in Japan, and with a save system too! Those sneaky Japanese!

There are FAR too many of those.
All the beams and visors, bar power, combat and scan only appeared in Metroid Prime 2, for example.
Though if you're talking selectable abilities in that you can turn them on and off from the menu, that's just Super Metroid, and the only item from Super Metroid that hasn't reappeared is the Reserve Tank, which can be auto or selectable from the game itself, so really, too many options.
I guess that would be right but there are multiple things that the answer could be from light beam to Heat visor. Also reserve tanks are not a selectable ability.
