Here's where you messed up. First, Ridley Robot doesn't count since it's not actually Ridley. More importantly, Ridley is not red in MZM.
Metroid Fusion - dark purple
It's actually blue, but that doesn't count either since it's an X parasite mimicking Ridley, not Ridley himself. Blue still counts, though, because that's the real Ridley's body color when he's frozen.
