I enjoy the cutscene in which Lord Seymour shows the party his sphere recording of memories from the Farplane. Beautiful stuff.

The Sending scenes - both in Kilika and during the ending - are similarly beautiful, but also sad.

Edit: Auron's appearance in Luca is great, too. Especially when we switch from the cutscene to the battle, and he strikes down that fiend with one blow.

Something puzzles me, though... Auron's chin has more hair than his armpit. Odd...
