Hey,
I'm new at this forum thing...how do you get different icons from your computer so you don't have to use the pre-rendered ones the site gives?

What do you mean by 'Icons' do you mean An Avatar!?

You can upload avatars to EoFF or to other webspace and link it.

If you mean emoticons for posts, you'll have to upload those to another server and link them.

Well it has to be under 60x60 pixels and under 10k in size I think. If you have an avatar like that saved on your computer, go to your control panel and the avatar thing. And instead of picking a pre-set avatar, go to the bottom. There'll be two options. You can either get an avatar off your computer, or one from the net somewhere (if you know it's url). Either type in the url in the bottom slot, or hit the Browse button next to the first slot. Select an avatar on file and hit the update button (or save changes, I forget what it's called) and viola.
