Pretty: attractive in a delicate way without being truly beautiful. Well, I’ve never felt pretty, but that’s probably how one might describe me.
Arrogant: having an exaggerated sense of one's own importance or abilities . . . definitely. Though I usually keep this feeling bottled up so I don’t make a fool of myself. Although that really doesn’t prevent the feeling that sometimes, I can be complete idiot.
Self-righteous: certain that one is totally correct or morally superior. Aye, ‘tis, er, was, me Christian way. Now I don’t care whether I’m correct or superior. Neither would fuel my ambition nor serve my goals.

I’ve always known Jess was pretty.
Pretty people who don’t know they’re pretty . . . kinda of double-edger. One side, they most likely won’t act superior or high and mighty and probably won’t be so dumb as those who use their looks to get a free ride through life. The other side though, sometimes people who don’t feel pretty, or more appropriately, don’t feel special, can be manipulated by someone who makes them feel pretty or special. I don’t where the balance lies.
