Its not base MP, many RDMs strive to get the better Convert ratio and Tarutaru can achieve that without much MP and HP gear. They can then focus their gear on something else like INT or MND. MND isnt as important after enfeeb or spider torques with ele staves, so INT is better for more MB power. Tarutaru will excel in RDM because their ratio is almost 1:1 HP to MP and can focus on other things. Base MP is nothing. Its because of this they are most efficient. It has been proven that Taru is best at RDM.
