and exploseives aren't made from some foreign chemical from the depths of the jungle. you can actually make it from fertilizer. it's what the ira did. so there's no reason to say that this explosive was foreign.

immigration enforcements would not have prevented this attack. these people were born here. they've always lived here. and the chances are that the explives were made here. and if they weren't they aren't part of the immigration system. they were probably smuggled in. not as part of an asylum seekers luggage. and the talks of a foreign al-qaeda cell operator who readied them for the attack. he could have been here claiming to be on holiday. he could have carried nothing dangerous and so nothing wold have stopped him coming in.

quotas would not have prevented this attack even if it was performed by immigrants. don't quotas limit wher they can come from and what use they are to the country? i doubt in the skills section of the form they would have "bringing death to infidel scum". they might be doctors or engineers perfectly good at english too. but with nasty habit of wanting to blow people up. it would be undetectable.

so what use really is branding all immigrants as potential terrorists?
