We need a Street Fighter Episode IV

good enough. ok, then, IF we are going to get yet another street fighter i would like to see new characters. and i mean NEW. the french dude on sf3 is not new as he is gile, the britt boxer is not new as he is balrog, the brazilian kid (ryu or ken with very little improvement) and all the others. the mexican guy was allright, i guess and so were others but i want to see something actually new.

Maybe, the only 3D fighters that Capcom ever made that were awesome were Rival Schools 1 and 2, Star Gladiator Episode 1 and 2. The Street Fighter 3D fighting games... yeah, lets pretend that never happened.

Street Fighter EX plus Alpha was complete god and you know it. Dhalsim's music was awesome.

One day you'll realise that 3D beat 'em up's, pale in comparison to 2D fighter's. If Capcom actually make SFIV, i'd be very suprised and annoyed if it was a 3D game, and I think most Street Fighter fan's would be.

Funny part is, Capcom didn't even make the SFEX series. That was all the fault of Arika, the same makers of a really good 3D fighter called "Fighting Layer". I swear, those guys hated SF or something to make FL one year after the first EX, and to make it much better than EX to boot.

Maybe for once, they could you know.

LOL, I think not. Remember that atrocious fighter called "Street Smart"? I rest my case.

On topic, well, there has been something said about Capcom saying something about a new fighter in the works. I wouldn't be surprised if this was SF4 since the anniversary of the first SF is coming in about one and a half years.

I would post the link but I'm not sure if links to other forums are allowed on EoFF, so if the go-ahead is given then I'll edit this post and put the link in.

And to anyone that thinks this (rumored) game is gonna "suck" or whatever, remember that the SF series gets better with each sequel. Look at the leap from SF to SF2, then the one from SF2 to SFA to SF3 and you'll see what I'm talking about.
