The gates opened once more and the next two fighters stepped into the arena.

"Our next combatants are Sora and the Mithra Dark Knight! BEGIN!"

The Dark Knight raised her scythe and charged at Sora, slashing at him. Sora brought his keyblade out and blocked it, before jumping high into the air and gliding away.

"Gravira!" Sora yelled, magic shooting from his keyblade. A massive orb of dark energy surrounded the Dark Knight, pinning her to the ground.

"Aero!" Sora yelled again, this time surrounding himself with a shield of wind. Running in, he smacked the Dark Knight with the blunt end of his keyblade while the Dark Knight was pinned.

The Dark Knight grunted as she drew back, regaining the use of her limbs. Scowling, she raised her hand, sending out a cloud of poisonous fumes. Sora slashed at it with his keyblade, the blade glowing with magic. To the Dark Knight's surprise, the cloud was deflected upon her, engulfing her.

As the Dark Knight staggered backwards, Sora jumped forward and unleashed a chain of vicious attacks, knocking her to the ground. She struggled for a moment to rise, but found herself unable to do so.
