They are all good, but you're definately improving.
Not to nit pick though, but you mispelled all in the Kazuya sig.

They all look awesome. I'm particularly fond of the Metal Gear Solid one a few posts up, and yours with Sephiroth and Grey Fox is just plain cool.
Y'know you might want to check out www.deviantart.com if you're after a good place to submit your art. They have a lot of tutorials for Adobe Photoshop and even brushes there. Great place to get critique and comments.

They're all really good, but you've misspelt "Maiden" on the Shiva one.
