oh, are those the words they say? i thought it was "peoples thursday peoples something-i-can't-identify", i heard it and was like dude, wtf. but now that i listen to it and see the words in front of me......anyway, i bet you could get it by getting one of those crazy voice morphers. man, those are so cool.
