Neighbours is Australian and goes to Britain. It's still doing well down here as far as I can tell but I don't watch it either.

Neighbours is actually the only soap opera I've ever followed. I haven't watched it in about 2 years (Karl and Susan breaking up sucked. They were the best characters!), and I might start watching it again sometime, I don't know.
