(SPOILER)If you play FFVII....(looks it up in the game for the quote) "You are Sephiroth's imperfect clone"-Hojo. So Cloud is Sephiroth's imperfect clone. And Kadaj, Yazoo, and Loz (FFVII: AC), are probably clones of Sephiroth too. If you notice that Kadaj addresses Cloud as "brother".
Now, for my quote, it is "Welcome to the darkness.". Its pretty easy.
(SPOILER)If you remember, Hojo also says that Sephiroth is the child of Jenova, when in actuality he is the child of Hojo and Lucrecia. Hojo's a total nutcase, and we know Cloud was alive before Hojo got to him, meaning that he was far more than a clone. Hojo's a lying psychotic freak. I wouldn't trust anything that he said.
