I think it's stupid saying someone is 'the best' at any instrument. It's like comparing Eric Clapton to Kirk Hammet (sp?) they are completly different guitarists with completley different musical styles and technique.
The thing to say is 'my favourite guitarist is David Gilmour' or 'My favourite drummer is the dude from the Mars Volta'

I play the drums, and have been for about.. 7 or 8 years. Something like that. I play to Dream Theater, and can play most of their stuff, if that gives you an idea of what I'm like. :P

We've got a lot of string players and percussionists here. I play Trumpet and have been for 7 years... but I got braces. So I started guitar almost two years ago and am teaching myself. If I could learn something, it would have to be the organ!
