Well...hmm. I'm just kind of stunned that, with all of those, collectively, you have any malware at all on your computer.

I guess one thing you could do is make sure you have the latest security updates for Windows.

If you could figure out specifically what you have, Google could provide answers as to how to get rid of it, also.

But, failing all of those...I dunno, you'd either have to get used to it or do a new install of Windows. That's all I can think of. Someone else might be able to be more helpful.

Is everything going slowly, or just the internet? It's possible you need more RAM or need to defrag your harddrive, but if it's just the internet...I don't know. You could try running pandasoftware's free online scan. It found a lot of things my Norton didn't at one time.

    Stop looking at porn.

If you have DSL, you might need to tweak it. There are loads of sites on google that can help with this. Also, it might help if you lists your computer specs to see what kind of idea we are looking at.

If you think its spyware, I recommend Spybot S&D

Run Disk Deframenter. Also: you might want to try going Start > Run > and type in msconfig hit 'Ok' then goto Startup and disable all the excess programs.
