Usually I pour acid or boiling water or molten lava on the itch and then it doesn't itch anymore!
Although as a side effect it does burn, but hey, at least it's not itching!

I can't stand having an itch on my foot because my feet are really tickilish. THEY JUST GET OUT OF CONTROL!
