This is Chris Cunningham's latest, I just got the DVD myself. It's not really a music video as much as it is the work that Chris Cunningham has been doing for a long time now. The short is a masterpiece and monument in film editing but, as with most of his other work, will never get recognized as such because it is such an unpopular style.
I am a huge Cunningham fan, I'd been waiting for Rubber Johnny for many months now. You should really see it in DVD quality. This internet video doesn't do it justice.
edit: For reference, Chris Cunningham is most popularly known for his Aphex Twin music videos "Come to Daddy" and "Windowlicker" as well as his Bjork video "All is Full of Love"
