Image Ready is a pain. xD I've only made one thing with it though, for my iconfiend at LiveJournal.com:Photoshop also has an animation, Image Ready.

A bit advanced, but once you figure it out, it is, quite frankly, the best gif animator out there. Also lets you save animations as .swf (not that it's any use, but hey, functions!).
Best $129 (AUD) I ever had someone waste on me. ;D
