[A] Some photography and banners (Lots of photos, dial up users beware)

Recently I bought a digital camera, and I've been taking photos like a fiend lately. So, how are these, and any recommendations or tips, as I'm pretty much a photography newb. A lot of my photography is flowers. And I have some of my favourite banners, as I want advice and comments on them and what I should improve on, etc.
