Bush's fault? That must be the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Do you honestly believe that the world became screwed up in five years? The world was screwed up before Bush, before America, before England, before the Anglo-Saxons and all that stuff. Bush is just one of many, and he's not even as bad as some of the other presidents we've had.
