Married With Children. Al Bundy was really one of the greatest characters from a comedy show, if not the best.
Seinfeld was (is, it's on TV in Brazil) a great TV show too... NO SOUP FOR YOU!
Friends was a good show too, but it wasn't as funny as the ones I listed above.

I voted for simpsons, because to me they never lost their glory, plus so many people of different ages can watch it, even though the smaller ones don't understand the satire, they still get the simpler jokes (which are also mostly hilarious).
Walker Texas Ranger is unintentiously hilarious, all because of Conan O'Brien :D

That's what I was forced to answer.
I'll say Seinfeld. One of the best shows on that list, and they were smart enough to call it quits before the show started to suck (unlike those responsible for the crap that has been the Simpsons for the last few years).
