As far as chocobos go, my favorite was FFIX, because you had one that evolved and got better instead of having to switch off chocobos for different things.

As far as vehicles go FFV's was the most versatile: it could convert from sub to ship to airship.

For style nothing beats the Invincible from FFIX though. The Eyeball of Doom was beyond cool.
