That question can be taken both positive and negative. Clothes that catch my eye are those that are out of the norm. Midriffs worn on oversized people catch my eye but in a negative way. On the other hand. Nicely dressed people in a casual area will often catch my eye, and have me wondering why are they dressed up? I guess it depends on the situation.
