    On the rare occasion that I actually do this, I use an odd combination of my legs, hands, and chin. =/ I need to use a more efficient method.

    I rest the pillow on my legs (standing up, yesh), put the pillowcase on the bottom then once the case is on a little way, I stuffs it in normally.

    i just use my hands...why would you need anything else? i slip it on the pillow a bit and then shake the rest in, no hassle, and no use of chin or teeth.
